Email correspondence

Email support@drainbeck.com.au for privacy questions or requests. We receive your email address, message and any attachments and use them to respond and review your request. Email is handled through Google Workspace and may be processed outside Australia. Please do not send payment details, passwords or sensitive personal records.

Website measurement

We use first-party, cookie-free measurement to understand page visits, approximate visits and visitors, referring website hostnames (including AI services), campaign tags, broad location, browser and device type, time on page, scroll depth, performance, directory searches and result counts, profile clicks and links to businesses. Search text is limited to 160 characters; do not enter personal, health or other sensitive information. Obvious contact details in searches are redacted before sending.

Measurement does not write cookies or browser storage. The collector briefly uses the connection IP address and browser information to derive a site-specific identifier that changes daily; the raw IP address is not saved in our measurement records. Approximate visits use 30-minute buckets, so these are estimates. Hosting infrastructure may keep its own security logs and process data outside Australia.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control stop measurement. We do not use cross-site visitor identifiers or advertising profiles. Browser measurement does not measure every visitor or AI crawler, and a referral is not proof that an AI recommended a business.
